SHIPPING & HANDLING: If you decide to return an item for a refund, please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. In addition, free shipping offers are voided on returned orders. This means, if you return an order that qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS: We do not issue refunds for items that are used, altered, or damaged in any way, or items that are missing any components. If you think you might want to return an item, please note that you are responsible for it and take good care of it before you send it back.

LARGE ORDERS: Large orders (5 or more locks) are also excluded from this offer because these items are heavily discounted. If you are considering purchasing 5 or more locks and are unfamiliar with the product, we suggest you order 1 first to be sure.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you have asked us to ship your order outside the United States, the government in the destination country might charge you customs duties, fees, and/or other taxes. If your order is subject to these charges, your shipping company will let you know the amount and will collect the fee. Please contact government in the destination country for details.

This means that within 30-days of purchase, you may return any item for a full refund (less shipping and handling), provided you send it to us in its original packaging, in "like-new" condition. This applies to all orders, even orders where we did not charge you for shipping.

To get your refund as quickly as possible:

Call us and ask for an RMA number.

Write the RMA number on the form and fill out the remaining fields.

Make a copy for your records, if you wish.

Pack all items in the box securely so they don't move when shaken.

Put your completed RMA Form inside the box.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Send your package to us INSURED.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive, inspect, and refund your purchase.
We will send you an email notification when we process your order. You can also check the status of your returned items by signing in to your account and clicking on Order History under My Account.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel your order, you must call us before noon on your shipping day, which is usually the same day you place your order.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, your only option will be to wait for it to arrive and then return it to us for a refund under our 30-Day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Be sure to follow the RMA instructions carefully for best results.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

We double inspect every order that is sent out to ensure that everything is perfect. However, our products are heavy and have many sharp edges which can cause damage during shipment.

If you have received an item that is damaged, contact us right away, or no later than 48 hours. Save all items inside the box, your shipping label, and all packaging materials.

Please be aware that the shipping company has the right to inspect these items at your location and they may need to contact to arrange for a convenient time.
