For upgrades to submitted orders that have not yet shipped

IF YOU NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT on an order you submitted but which has not yet been shipped, you can use this item to do so.

Here are some examples of situations where this would apply:

• to upgrade to a faster shipping for an order you placed that has not yet been shipped
   
• to add a new option to something you just ordered which has not yet been shipped
