Warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in the original box along with the reason for return. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser’s card. Check, cash, or money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.

Digital Systems Inc. (DSI) warrants to the original purchaser of this Digital Door Lock Keyless Access Control that, should it prove defective by reason of improper workmanship and / or material for ( 5 ) years from the date of original purchase at retail, DSI will replace or repair, at DSI’s option, this lock at no charge if shipped prepaid with dated proof of purchase during the warranty period to:

Parts used for replacement will be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. If the warranty period has passed, this lock may at DSI’s discretion be repaired or replaced if shipped prepaid with a check or money order in the amount of $35.00 to the above address. Any lock that has been abused beyond the point of normal wear and tear will not be repaired. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER defects caused by modifications, alteration, repair or service by anyone other than DSI; physical abuse to, or misuse of, the product or its operation in a manner contrary to instructions. This warranty also excludes all costs arising from installation or removal.

Although DSI uses only the finest protective coatings, finishes have their limitations due to natural elements and causes beyond the control of DSI. Wear to the finish is not considered to be a defect. DSI does not warrant this lock from damage due to improper installation, or against the consequences of use for which this lock was not designed. Any express warranty not provided in this document and any remedy for breach of contract which, but for this provision might arise by implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose are expressly limited to a term of two years. Under no circumstances shall DSI be liable to purchaser or any other person doe any special or consequential damages, whether arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract or otherwise, including, but not limited to, loss of property resulting from the failure of security or any other cause. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts; or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
