Lockey 1150 Heavy-Duty Passage Lever-Handle Latchbolt Keypad Lock

The Lockey 1150 is one of our best digital commercial door locks. It is a Grade 1, heavy-duty door handle keypad lock with a spring-loaded dead-latching latchbolt. It locks automatically when closed, but it also has a Passage mode so that it can be opened without a code. You must know the code to put it into Passage mode, which can be completely disabled, if desired. It is 100% Weatherproof and has an optional Marine-grade finish for salt water environments. It doesn't require power, so it never needs batteries and isn't affected by power outages. It has a Life-Time Mechanical Warranty.

You can also order a replacement door knob for this lock, or choose the Lockey 1150DC for a double-sided lever handle lock.

Just take off your existing door hardware and install this one in its place. It has been designed to easily retrofit onto standard doors.
  • Can be Used with Your Existing Lock—you can also leave your existing lock in place and install this lock either above or below it for added security and convenience. If you do this, people who know your secret code will only be able to enter when both locks are unlocked, perhaps, during the day, for example.

Backset Measurement

All our locks will come standard with an adjustable backset at no extra charge, so there is usually no need to measure your door or specify that dimension when you place your order.

Watch this short video if you would like to see how to change the backset from 2-3/8" to 2-3/4" or vice versa. The video shows this being done on a Lockey adjustable deadbolt, but the process is similar for a Lockey adjustable latchbolt as well as for other manufacturers.

If you would like to determine what the backset measurement is for your door or gate, just measure distance shown by the red arrows in the diagram below.

NOTE: The diagram above shows an deadbolt, but the same measurement applies to a latchbolt.
