    2200 Keyless Surface Mount Lock Inside View on Gate
    • Small profile to fit in narrow spaces.
    • Works with both right and left hand doors.
    • Slider bar extends out from lock body 7/8" or 2-1/4". Slider bars of both lengths are included.
    • Maximum security with free-spinning stainless steel core shaft that cannot be cut with a hacksaw.
    • This lock fits any standard door 1" to 2" thick.
    • Can also be installed on a thick or thin door/gate. If your door is between 2" to 5" thick, just order the Lockey Thick Door Kit (Extension Kit). If your door is 1/4" to 1" thick, please order Lockey Thin Door Kit for Surface-Mounted Locks.
    • Trim plate (included) covers a 2-1/8" hole.

    Distance From an Existing Deadbolt:
    If you are going to install this lock underneath an existing deadbolt, you will need at least 3-1/2 inches from the bottom of the deadbolt down to the top of the large hole for this lock. Call for details.
    If you are going to install this lock above an existing deadbolt, you will need at least 3-1/2 inches from the bottom of the deadbolt down to the top of the large hole for this lock. Call for details.

    2200: 4-ply, 5/16 thick
    M220 (for comparison): 3-ply, 3/16 thick

    Locking and Unlocking

    To Lock:
    • On the inside or outside, just turn the knob (or lever or thumbturn). You don't need to enter the code.
    To Unlock:
    • On the inside, just turn the turn knob or thumb turn to retract the deadbolt. You don't need to enter the combination.
    • On the outside, press the "C" button first (or turn the thumb turn as far as it will go). This will clear out any previous button presses. Then enter in the code and turn the knob (or lever or thumbturn).

    Installation & Documentation

    Replace Your Existing Lock— the Lockey 2200 Lock can be used to completely replace an existing deadbolt, latchbolt, or just a plain door knob. Just take off your existing door hardware and install this one in its place. It has been designed to easily retrofit onto standard doors.

    Use with Your Existing Lock—you can also leave your existing lock in place and install this lock either above or below it for added security and convenience. If you do this, people who know your secret code will only be able to enter when both locks are unlocked, perhaps, during the day, for example.

    Key Override

    The Lockey Key Override System (KOS) is a separate product that lets you lock and unlock these locks using a key OR a combination. This is really great if you have multiple locks with different combinations.

    • A KOS is available for all Lockey 2000 and 2900 series locks.
    • If you order more than one KOS, you may have them keyed alike or keyed differently.
    • Locks with a KOS are installed exactly the same way as regular locks. The KOS just goes between the door and the lock on either or both sides.
    • The KOS uses a Schlage keyway.
