Cancel/Change an Order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order...
- If you need to change or cancel your order, call us before noon on your shipping day, (usually this is either the same day you placed your order or the following business day). We will do our best to accommodate you if possible, if your order has not been processed yet.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, we can no longer make any changes. You will have to wait for it to arrive and then return it to us for a refund under our 30-Day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
