General privacy policy: We respect your privacy. All information we collect is kept strictly confidential and used only to communicate with you about your order, answer any questions you may have, or to process and ship your order. We do not sell, rent, loan, or otherwise disclose to any outside party any information for any other purpose without your explicit permission unless we are required by law to do so.

Encryption of personal data:  When we ask you to enter personal data, we will use SSL (https) to encrypt this data and keep it private.

Personal data we collect: We keep only what we need to process and fulfill your order, support any potential warranty claims you might have, respond to your questions, or as required by law. This includes your name, company name (if you gave that to us), email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address you provided when you registered on our website or emailed us for help. We also collect and store other identifying information we need to transact business and safely maintain an e-commerce website, such as payment identifiers supplied by our payment processor and IP addresses of our website traffic.

Collection of credit card information:  For your protection, we do not collect or store your credit card account information. Instead, when you are ready to submit your order, you will be re-directed to our credit card processor's website to enter your credit card information. If your payment is approved, they will report back to us only the last 4 digits of your credit card.

Right to access: You can view, modify, or delete personal data that you gave us by clicking on the My Account link in the upper right corner of almost every page on our website. This link is available as soon you log in with the email address you used when you registered with us.  If you don't know what email address you used, please contact us by phone during normal business hours and we will provide that to you after your identity is authenticated.  If you don't remember your password, there is a Forgot Password link that you can click which will immediately reset your password and email it to you. 

Right to be forgotten: Once you log in to your account, you may edit or delete the information under the My Account section of our website. If you wish to have your entire account deleted, please contact us by phone during normal business hours and once your identity is authenticated, we will remove all data about you except for data that we are required by law to keep.
