Reseller Loyalty Discounts Program

Does your business recommend and buy our products to resell to your customers? Then you should know about our Reseller Loyalty Discounts. It's just one of our ways of thanking our loyal customers for doing business with us.
The way it works is very simple...the more you purchase, the bigger the discount. It is applied automatically, so once you are approved as a reseller, there is nothing else you need to do. The amount you save depends on your purchases during the last 365 days PLUS what's in your shopping cart when you checkout.
Your discount is automatically shown on the Add to Cart page so you can easily see the amount you are saving and how much you need to buy to move up to the next level and save even more. It is also displayed at the bottom of the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages in the subtotal area.
Here's an example of what your discount could look like, depending on your previous purchases and what's in your shopping cart:
Under this program, if you do a lot of business with us, your discount percentages (up to 10%) can be higher than those under our previous programs.
Here are some additional things to note:
- Reseller discounts are not visible to the public. You must be logged into a qualifying reseller account to see your discount.
- Reseller discounts do not include quotes or orders that were canceled or returned for a refund.
- Reseller discounts are determined by the final amount on your order when you check out, so the discount will vary as you add and remove items from your Shopping Cart.
- Reseller discounts are applied in addition to any other automatic discounts. For example, if you pay with anything except a credit card, you will still get an automatic additional 2% discount ($100 max) per order.
- Reseller discounts amounts may vary as we roll out seasonal or special promotions.
- Reseller discounts are only for approved resellers in good standing. To be approved, we must have an up-to-date W9 and Sales Tax Exempt Certificate on file for your firm and you must be subscribed to our free online newsletter as a reseller.
- Reseller discounts are propriety. By participating in the program, you agree not to disclose these discounts without our written permission.
- Once your account is set up as a reseller, you will also receive the following benefits:
- You will have a decided account rep.
- Your orders will be processed at a higher priority.
- You will have special access to advanced technical support.
- You will be able to request free copies of all our product catalogs.
- You will receive a copy of our Resellers' Newsletter with new product announcements, special offers, and selling/installation tips.
- Your business will qualify to post Product Reviews on our website. At the bottom of each of your reviews, we encourage you to show your business name, location, specialties, and contact info so that our customers can find you. There is no charge for these listings.
To apply, just send the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- W9 form (or Canadian BN)
- Sales Tax Exempt Certificate, if you have one (or Canadian GST/HST)
- Your company's mailing and website address, if you have one.
- Your company contact’s full name, title or position, email address, and phone.
- Whether or not you have a “Bricks & Mortar” storefront with a product display area.
